My name is Sam and I am the owner of Sam Isham Life Coaching. I am a mindset and courage coach who works with clients who feel that they have lost their way and are looking for ways to access and come back to their true selves. I partner with clients who are curious and open to identifying patterns of thinking and behaving that are no longer serving them, and are ready to courageously take steps towards a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling to them. Creating a life of integrity takes courage, and I provide a safe space for clients to be vulnerable, reflect, dream, and work towards their goals while I provide tools, support, accountability, encouragement, and reflection along the way. My coaching ethos is rooted in my values of authenticity, courage, creativity, integrity, growth and presence, and I believe that each person has the knowledge within them to do what is best for them and their lives. I walk alongside clients and they re-imagine and create their own unique path.
Are you ready to live a more aligned life? I’d love to meet you and talk more about your goals and my coaching style and offerings.

My core beleifs
the only time we have is now
grounding into the present moment helps us gain clarity and enhance our own self awareness
we are far too concerned with what others think about us and what we do with our lives
we need to release the control that we attempt to have on others
when we do this, we have time to focus on what we want for our own lives
we innately hold the wisdom to live our best lives
culture has quieted our inner voice for it’s own gain
when we get still, we are able to tap into our inner knowledge
following our inner guide is the way to live a life that feels uniquely meaningful to you
You have one life - you deserve to live it in a way that is purposeful to you.
I’d be honored to help guide you in your journey towards finding and navigating your path to a life filled with purpose and passion. See how you can work with me to discover how to a life that is meaningful to you.
