About My Coaching Approach
As a Mindset and Courage Life Coach, I work with clients who feel stuck in one or more parts of their life, and are looking for ways to find and come back to their true self. I provide a safe space for clients to be vulnerable, dream, and work towards their goals while I provide tools, support, accountability, encouragement, and reflection along the way. Together, we utilize structured tools and mindfulness techniques to access your inner knowledge, identify and challenge beliefs that are holding you back, and take courageous steps towards a purposeful and fulfilling life. We are all creators of our own life, and I support clients as they re-imagine theirs and take steps towards peace and fulfilment in their life.
Are you ready to live a more aligned life? I’d love to meet you and talk more about your goals and my coaching style and offerings.

A little more about me….
Hi! I wanted to introduce myself a little more and chat about how I came to coaching. Because coaching is a partnership, I find it valuable to introduce some of my personal self as well.
I was born in California and moved to Oregon for college. I went to Portland State University and got my Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Family studies. During college and after graduating, I explored multiple different career paths including Social Work, Nursing, CNA, and currently work on the Administrative Side of a healthcare clinic.
Settled in my current career, I wasn’t looking for a change. One day, I was listening to a podcast and heard about Life Coaching. It wasn’t until it was mentioned again a handful of podcast episodes later until it clicked for me - this is my next calling.
I spent months researching the career field, the governing bodies, the process of becoming a coach, and having Information Calls with various ICF-credentialed programs. The more a learned about coaching, the more interested and I got, and the more I was sure this was the next goal I needed to chase.
I am currently enrolled in a Life Coaching Program through the Institute for Coaching Excellence (ICFE) and am working towards getting my Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. This is a credential thought the International Coaching Federation (ICF) that is earned through following vigorous schooling, peer coaching, mentoring with a certified ICF coach, testing, and practicing in accordance with their Code of Ethics and Core Competencies. I am thrilled to be enrolled in this program and to be learning and perfecting my coaching skills each day. .
I live with my spouse and our various pets in Oregon. Outside of coaching and my job as an Office Manager, I enjoy spending time with them and our family and friends. I love crafting and exploring multiple hobbies, listening to podcasts, and watching dramatic reality TV shows.
I’d love to have a free Introductory Call to explore your goals and have a conversation about what I do in my life coaching practice. If you’d like to contact me without scheduling, you can fill out my contact form and I’ll be in touch!
