About My Coaching

Hello! My name is Sam and I am an Integrity Life Coach. 

I believe that everyone deserves to live a life that feels aligned with their values, identity, and purpose. I work with clients who feel that they are "made for more" in their lifetime and are un-fulfilled in our culture's prescribed way of living. 

Together, we will assess your values, your identity, your current life, and along the way, identify areas of mis-alignment. Then comes the magical part - taking courageous steps, big or small, towards living a life that feels more aligned with your integrity.
