My "being a human" credentials 💜
I have always lived in my pursuit of living a life of alignment. I have changed my life trajectory many times- whether that be changing jobs and careers, leaving relationships with family members, friends, or romantic partners, questioning and re-shaping my religious and political beliefs, or picking up new hobbies and interests. I have always led with my heart and went for what felt right for me and my life at any given time. This is precisely what led me to being a life coach- a calling that came from out of the blue but felt too strong to ignore.
My coaching practice is grounded in my values of authenticity, courage, creativity, integrity, growth, and presence- and these values are at the core of everything I do.
At it's core, my mission for my practice is for my clients to be seen by me, and for me to be seen by myself.
